Data Deletion — Collabra

  You can request deletion of your Collabra account and associated personal data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from the address linked to your Collabra account:

Subject: Collabra Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address on your Collabra account and, if applicable, the connected Instagram username. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

What We Delete

After we verify your request, we delete personal data associated with your Collabra account, including:

Account profile information such as email address and name
Connected social account records and encrypted OAuth tokens
Instagram analytics, content metrics, reports, recommendations, and coaching data linked to your account

Timing

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire through normal retention cycles.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or tax/accounting obligations. Aggregated or anonymised analytics that cannot identify you may also be retained for product improvement.

Meta And Instagram Data

If you remove Collabra from your Meta or Instagram settings, Meta may notify us automatically and we will delete matching Collabra account data where we can identify the account. You can also use the email process above to make a direct deletion request.
